Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of doctor-connect.com (the “Website”) and to the services Doctors Connect (“we”, “us”) provides to doctors. By using the Website, booking a call or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

2. Our services
We help Western-trained doctors with medical licensing, job placement and relocation in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. This can include consultation calls, guidance on licensing requirements, help preparing documents and applications, introductions to employers, interview preparation and relocation support. The services we provide to you will be agreed with you.
3. No guarantees
Licences, job offers, visas and salaries are decided by health authorities, employers and government bodies, not by us. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a licence, a job offer, a particular salary or package, or a visa, or that anything will happen within a particular time. Job listings and salary ranges on the Website are a guide only and may change or be filled without notice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us information that is accurate, complete and up to date, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
- Only send us documents that are genuine and that you are entitled to share. If you give false or misleading information, we may stop working with you and, where the law requires, report it to the relevant authority.
- Meet the requirements of the authorities and employers you apply to, including any exams, verification and fees they set.
- Act honestly and professionally with the employers we introduce you to.
5. Fees
Booking a consultation call through the Website is free. If any of our services carries a fee, we will tell you the amount and what it covers in writing before we start, and that written agreement will apply together with these Terms. Fees charged by authorities, exam bodies, verification providers, translators or other third parties are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Consultation calls
- A call requested through the Website is confirmed only when we approve it and send you a confirmation email with the meeting details.
- Call times are shown in Dubai time (GMT+4) unless we state otherwise.
- If you need to change or cancel a call, reply to your confirmation email as early as you can. If we need to move a call, we will offer you a new time.
- If you miss a call without telling us, we may ask you to book again.
7. Introductions to employers
We will only put you forward to an employer with your agreement. If an employer we introduced you to offers you a role, please let us know. Your employment contract and any other arrangements with an employer are between you and that employer.
8. Using the Website
You agree not to:
- use the Website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- send spam or upload viruses or other harmful code;
- try to access parts of the Website, accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
- copy content or data from the Website in bulk, including with automated tools;
- pretend to be another person or organisation.
9. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, design, logos, graphics and photos, belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Testimonials
If you send us a review or testimonial, you confirm that it is your genuine opinion and you allow us to publish it on the Website and our other channels, together with your name, job title and photo if you agreed to share them. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
11. Third-party services
The Website links to or uses third-party services, such as Google Meet, WhatsApp, live chat and health authority portals. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms, which apply when you use them.
12. Information on the Website
The information on the Website is general guidance and is not legal, immigration or professional advice for your situation. Licensing rules and processes change often, so please confirm current requirements with the relevant authority before relying on them.
13. Liability
As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for decisions made by authorities, employers or other third parties;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of earnings or opportunity;
- we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you gave us;
- if we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
15. Ending our services
You can stop using our services at any time by telling us. We may stop providing our services to you if you break these Terms, give us false information or behave abusively towards our team, employers or authorities. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, will continue after our services end.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page applies from that date.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our services. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first.
