Ali Mirza
Founder, Doctors Connect • Chartered FCIPD
Moving abroad is one of the biggest decisions a doctor makes, for their career and for their family. I started Doctors Connect so that no doctor has to figure out licensing, hospitals and relocation alone. We stay with you from your first call until you are settled in your new role.
Ali is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), the professional body for HR and people development. He brings that people-first experience to healthcare recruitment, leading a team that guides Western-trained doctors through DHA, DOH, MOH and SCFHS licensing, hospital placement and relocation across the UAE and the wider Gulf.
